Bienvenido a Walftech Premium. Al adquirir y utilizar nuestra membresía premium, aceptas quedar vinculado por los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Lee detenidamente este documento, ya que establece las reglas de nuestra comunidad y las consecuencias de su incumplimiento.
1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder, suscribirte o utilizar los servicios de Walftech Premium, confirmas que has leído, entendido y aceptado estos términos en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna de estas políticas, te invitamos a utilizar únicamente nuestra versión gratuita.
2. Descripción del Servicio Premium
Walftech Premium otorga a los usuarios beneficios exclusivos que pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a: acceso prioritario a la base de datos de juegos, descargas a máxima velocidad, uso sin restricciones de nuestro generador y soporte prioritario. Estos beneficios son para uso estrictamente personal.
3. Reglas de Conducta y Uso Aceptable
Para mantener una comunidad sana y garantizar el rendimiento de nuestros servidores, los usuarios de Walftech Premium tienen estrictamente prohibido:
- Compartir Cuentas: La membresía Premium es individual e intransferible. Compartir tus credenciales o enlaces de generación con terceros está prohibido.
- Reventa o Lucro: Queda prohibido vender, alquilar o comercializar de cualquier forma el acceso, los enlaces o el contenido obtenido a través de Walftech.
- Abuso del Sistema: Utilizar bots, scripts automatizados, o realizar peticiones masivas que sobrecarguen nuestra API, servidores o el bot de la comunidad.
- Comportamiento Tóxico: Faltar al respeto a los administradores, a los bots del servidor o a otros miembros de la comunidad en nuestros canales de comunicación.
⚠️ 4. Política de Suspensión y Baneos
En Walftech nos tomamos muy en serio la seguridad y estabilidad de nuestra plataforma. Nos reservamos el derecho de investigar cualquier actividad sospechosa.
Si determinamos que un usuario ha infringido cualquiera de las Reglas de Conducta establecidas en la Sección 3, su cuenta Premium será suspendida o baneada de forma permanente e inmediata.
En caso de baneo por infracción de reglas, EL USUARIO PIERDE ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO DERECHO A REEMBOLSO, sin importar el tiempo restante de su suscripción o el monto pagado. La expulsión es definitiva e irrevocable.
5. Política de Pagos y Reembolsos
- Todos los pagos realizados por la suscripción a Walftech Premium son finales.
- No ofrecemos reembolsos por "arrepentimiento de compra" o si el usuario decide dejar de usar el servicio.
- Como se estipula en la Sección 4, no habrá reembolsos totales ni parciales para las cuentas que hayan sido terminadas por violar estos términos.

Welcome to Walftech Premium. By purchasing and using our premium membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully, as it establishes the rules of our community and the consequences of violating them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or using Walftech Premium services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these policies, we invite you to use only our free version.
2. Premium Service Description
Walftech Premium grants users exclusive benefits that may include, but are not limited to: priority access to the game database, maximum speed downloads, unrestricted use of our generator, and priority support. These benefits are strictly for personal use.
3. Rules of Conduct and Acceptable Use
To maintain a healthy community and ensure the performance of our servers, Walftech Premium users are strictly prohibited from:
- Account Sharing: The Premium membership is individual and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials or generation links with third parties is prohibited.
- Resale or Profit: It is forbidden to sell, rent, or market in any way the access, links, or content obtained through Walftech.
- System Abuse: Using bots, automated scripts, or making massive requests that overload our API, servers, or the community bot.
- Toxic Behavior: Disrespecting administrators, server bots, or other community members in our communication channels.
⚠️ 4. Suspension and Ban Policy
At Walftech we take the security and stability of our platform very seriously. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity.
If we determine that a user has violated any of the Rules of Conduct set out in Section 3, their Premium account will be permanently and immediately suspended or banned.
In the event of a ban for rule violations, THE USER ABSOLUTELY LOSES ALL RIGHT TO A REFUND, regardless of the remaining time on their subscription or the amount paid. The expulsion is final and irrevocable.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments made for the Walftech Premium subscription are final.
- We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if the user simply decides to stop using the service.
- As stipulated in Section 4, there will be no full or partial refunds for accounts that have been terminated for violating these terms.
